Prior to this project, The Grand Forks – East Grand Forks MPO and City of Grand Forks were using approximately 150 (38 intersections) of the City's existing traffic detection cameras for traffic data collection. These cameras were set up during Phase I, II, and IIIa of the study. The data reported by these cameras are archived in separate databases and can be processed into various reports. As a part of the current project, 16 intersections are to be setup for traffic data collection.
