ATAC was contacted by the Grand Forks - East Grand Forks MPO with regards to using the existing traffic detection cameras for traffic data collection and archival. Thirty sample intersections were setup for data collection and monitored by ATAC staff. Detectors, detector stations, and detector functions were created on a per lane basis.
