Transportation Engineering Scholarship
The Transportation Engineering Scholarships recognize academic achievement and promotes the education of transportation students who are enrolled at North Dakota State University.
Scholarship Details
- Scholarship amount: $1,500 per student per academic year
- Number of scholarships: Two per academic year
- Solicitation for applicants: December through March 1 of each year
- Deadline to submit application: March 1 of each year
- Applications are collected through NDSU One Stop
- Scholarship award: Fall and Spring Semester each academic year
- Recognition of recipients: Fall Awards Banquet

- Junior/Senior standing for the current academic year
- Transportation interest
- Demonstrated academic performance
- Activities / leadership
- U.S. citizen

Funding
Funding for the Transportation Engineering Scholarship is provided by the Center for Transformative Infrastructure Preservation and Sustainability (CTIPS), a group of 11 universities lead by the Upper Great Plains Transportation Institute at NDSU and funded by the U.S. Department of Transportation University Transportation Centers Program.
