Transportation Engineering Scholarship

The Transportation Engineering Scholarships recognize academic achievement and promotes the education of transportation students who are enrolled at North Dakota State University.

Scholarship Details

Scholarship amount: $1,500 per student per academic year
Number of scholarships: Two per academic year
Solicitation for applicants: December through March 1 of each year
Deadline to submit application: March 1 of each year
Applications are collected through NDSU One Stop
Scholarship award: Fall and Spring Semester each academic year
Recognition of recipients: Fall Awards Banquet

Selection Criteria

Junior/Senior standing for the current academic year
Transportation interest
Demonstrated academic performance
Activities / leadership
U.S. citizen

Funding

Funding for the Transportation Engineering Scholarship is provided by the Mountain-Plains Consortium, a group of 8 universities lead by the Upper Great Plains Transportation Institute at NDSU and funded by the U.S. Department of Transportation University Transportation Centers Program.
