Intro to the NDDOT Construction Automated Records System (CARS)
This software demonstration provides an introduction and overview to the North Dakota Department of Transportation's Construction Automated Records System (CARS).
Note that the software demonstration was updated in May 2016. Quantity Manager replaced the Pay Quantity section in the update.
