Final Report Abstract
This report summarizes information detailed in UGPTI Report No. 65, an extensive five chapter document. The objective of the study was to evaluate the desirability of creating a single state agency in North Dakota that would be responsible for the management of transportation functions currently performed by a variety of state agencies. The goal of this report is to provide a condensed version of the conclusions of the comprehensive report.
