The purpose of this study is to forecast the impact of oil and related economic growth on the air service (airport infrastructure) investment needs in the oil and gas producing regions of North Dakota over the next 10 years. It will provide a framework that will enable policymakers to plan for the future of the state's aviation-related needs.
