2021 Western Dakota Energy Roundtable
May 6, 2021 – The Western Dakota Energy Association and the Upper Great Plains Transportation Institute/NDLTAP co-hosted a western North Dakota roundtable May 6, 2021, in Halliday to bring county road managers and oilfield trucking interests together to discuss common issues and concerns.
