Abstract
To meet competitive pressure from ridesharing enterprises and other transportation network services, Dubai Taxi is working with the University of Modern Sciences (UMS) and North Dakota State University (NDSU) to examine technology applications and other approaches to optimize its operations and dispatching. The goal? To maintain Dubai Taxi as a modern transportation provider on par with the highest international standards for providing excellent service to all segments of society.
