An intricate network of highways, railroads, shipping lanes and airports facilitates the global movement of people and goods. Each part of that network is constantly changing in response to users, public policy, technology and other factors. UGPTI researchers study and evaluate those factors to assure that agricultural producers, businesses and residents of the Upper Great Plains are linked to that system as seamlessly and efficiently as possible.
