Cheng-Ying Tsai

Tsai, an international student from Taiwan, is a junior at NDSU in business administration. He speaks three languages: Chinese, Taiwanese, and English. Tsai hopes to pursue international marketing courses while studying at NDSU, and pursue a career in the United States.
