2026 Recipient

Trent Summerlet is a senior in agricultural economics from Spicer, MN. He is an officer team member for the NDSU Agribusiness Club and is active in the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity. Summerlet has made the Dean’s List every semester since he started at NDSU. While attending Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City High School, he was an active FFA member and was named to the honor roll every semester. After graduating next spring, he plans to return to the family crop farm and grain handling business where he hopes to enhance logistics, inventory management and customer relationships while exploring opportunities for growth and innovation.
