Staff Bio Bryon FuchsProgram Director - NDLTAP Co-Director - Northern TTAP Phone: (701)328-9857 Email: bryon.fuchs@ndsu.edu Bryon is the NDLTAP Director and TTAP Co-Director. He will be leading and coordinating UGPTI’s outreach, technical assistance training, technology transfer and workforce development activities with County, Township and Tribal governments, State agencies and other stakeholders in North Dakota and the region. The goal is to engage local and Tribal governments in prioritizing and promoting activities relating to transportation planning, safety, asset management and related policy development. Bryon brings over 25-years of Transportation Engineering experience to NDSU-UGPTI. He has worked as a consultant engineer and worked at the North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) for a total of 22-years in the Materials and Research Division and most recently as the Assistant Local Government Engineer. While at NDDOT, he oversaw the Rural and Special Programs area and was NDDOT’s Tribal Liaison. Bryon is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of North Dakota and is a Veteran of the US Navy. Employment
