Upper Great Plains Transportation Institute Offers ScholarshipsPosted: Feb 18, 2010 The Paul Abrahamson and Transportation Engineering Scholarships are being offered to NDSU students through the Upper Great Plains Transportation Institute (UGPTI). These scholarships are offered annually, and are funded by the Mountain-Plains Consortium. Interested students should be juniors and seniors interested in transportation and who exhibit academic excellence. Two students will be selected for each scholarship worth $1500 per academic year.
