UGPTI Represents at NTTC

Staff from the UGPTI are attending the 20th Annual National Tribal Transportation Conference this week in Tucson, AZ.

Jeremy Mattson will present "Rural Transit Planning, Demand Estimation, and Cost-Benefit Analysis. His presentation will cover issues related to rural transit planningand design including a discussion of service types, quality of service, capacity planning and performance measures.

Kim Vachal will participate on a project spotlight panel. She will discuss her project "Primary Seat Belt Intervention Assessment" that was conducted with the Three Affiliated Tribes in North Dakota.

Denise Brown is also attending the event, representing the National Local Technical Assistance Program Association. She is currently serving as president of that group.

The conference runs from Sept. 25-29.
