Brown attended the conference with NDLTAP director Dale Heglund and NDLTAP administrative secretary Sandy Baisch. At the conference, Brown moderated a program update from the FHWA as well as the NLTAPA business session and conference wrap-up. Heglund moderated a session titled, "Wind, Pyramids, Obelisks & Beer and their Relevance to Modern Road Construction." |
NDLTAP training coordinator Denise Brown took office as president of the National Local Technical Assistance Program Association at the group's annual conference in Portsmouth, VA, July 17-20. Brown has served for several years on the NLTAPA board of directors. She also serves as a member of the National LTAP/TTAP Strategic Planning committee.
