Local Road Surface Selection Tool

Researchers developed a method to allow user to compare costs associated with different road surfaces. Specifically, the Surface Selection Tool is used to determine costs associated with maintaining roads with different surfaces and selecting the most appropriate road surface for a specific set of circumstances.
