Abstract
Advanced Traffic Analysis Center, working with Fargo Moorhead Metro Council of Governments and North Dakota Department of Transportation has installed the open source Automated Traffic Signal Performance Measures (ATSPM) software for signalized intersections within the limits of City of Fargo.
