Capital Improvement Plan (CIP)
As part of a transit system's Management Plan, the CIP includes the current fleet inventory, a fleet analysis for anticipated vehicle replacements and a description of the preventative maintenance program. The CIP also contains a facility plan and an advanced technology deployment plan.
