An organization established and funded by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) to develop, promote, and deliver training and education programs for the public transit industry. It serves to identify needs and acts as a clearinghouse resource in support of public transportation. NTI forms cooperative partnerships with industry, government, institutions and associations to apply best practices in the field of transportation.
