Staff BioMohsen Momenitabar Graduate Research Assistant Email: mohsen.momenitabar@ndsu.edu ORCID: 0000-0003-2568-1781 Mohsen Momenitabar is a Ph.D. student at the Upper Great Plains Transportation Institute, College of Business at NDSU since Fall 2019. He received his master's degree in industrial engineering and Transportation systems Engineering from khaje-Nasir University of Technology (Iran) and Sapeinza University of Rome (Italy). He has published many papers as well as book chapters in supply chain network design and transportation planning in different journals and conferences including Applied Mathematical Modeling (Elsevier), Sustainability (MDPI), Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing (Springer), Environmental Energy and Economic Research (EEER), IEEE International Symposium on Systems Engineering (ISSE), International Conference on Decision Aid Sciences and Application (DASA), Advances in Parallel & Distributed Processing, and Applications (Springer), and Communications in Computer and Information Science (Springer). Also, he has served as a reviewer in journals like Applied Mathematical Modeling, (Elsevier), Mathematical problems in Engineering (Hindawi). Now, he is currently working on a project related to improving the existing transit network of the Fargo-Moorhead Area under the supervision of Dr. Jeremy Mattson. He also works on proposing mathematical modeling of the Electric Transit Route Network Design Problem (E-TRNDP) model as well as solving the proposed model by utilizing some metaheuristics algorithms like NSGA-II, MO-PSO, and ACO. More interestingly, He is trying to propose a new mathematical model to locate charging stations for battery-electric buses (BEB) in the FMA network. Research Interests
