D. R. "Ike" Iketani

D. R. "Ike" Iketani is a law enforcement consultant to the UC San Diego TREDS program. A retired Assistant Chief and 32-year veteran of the California Highway Patrol, he has served as commander of the statewide Multidisciplinary Accident Investigation Team and was a co-author of the California Legislative Report on Cellular Telephone Distraction in Accidents. He has served as a Subject Matter Expert for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in the development of standardized law enforcement training for response to aging and medically impaired drivers.
