Staff Bio

Matt has nearly 26 years of experience in the transportation industry. Matt worked as an Assistant City Engineer and City Engineer from 1994 to 2002. He then worked as a Project Engineer from 2002 to 2018, serving as the design and construction engineer of record for numerous municipal and transportation projects. He oversaw office and engineering staff and was responsible for relations with clients, agencies, NDDOT, construction forms and for expanding the company's work base. Beginning in 2018, he operated his own construction engineering consulting firm, providing coordination between owners, engineers, contractors, subcontractors and the public. He ensured construction standards were met and that projects met traffic and public safety requirements.
