Mandan Public Works, new leadership team. Yesterday, Gerard Feist and I had the good fortune to catch up with Mitch Bitz, Director of Public Works, and Brian Dirk, Street Superintendent. They share an impressive drive to learn and enhance upon the solid foundation that is already in place in public works. They shared pride in their crew, desire to improve public service and the need to provide data to help the city council make sound decisions. The future looks good for Mandan. Dale
