Lieutenant Dustin Ragon

Wyoming Highway Patrol, Commercial Carrier Division

Lt. Ragon is the Commercial Carrier Division Lieutenant for the Wyoming Highway Patrol, stationed in Cheyenne, WY. He has been in Cheyenne for almost four (4) years and has previously been stationed in Laramie and Jackson, Wyoming. Lt. Ragon has a Master's Degree in Transportation Management from Florida Institute of Technology. He supervises the Commercial Carrier Division staff which includes mobile inspectors, compliance investigators and oversees the MCSAP program for the Wyoming Highway Patrol. He has over 17 years of law enforcement experience and been involved with commercial vehicle enforcement for over 13 years.
