Bill Kotowski

Idaho Transportation Department, Office of Highway Safety

Bill Kotowski is a grants officer with the ITD Office of Highway Safety where he focuses on community projects and outreach. In addition to working with community partners, Bill with the ITD's communication team and media partners to plan and deliver highway safety campaigns across Idaho. Prior to working in transportation, Bill spent more than a decade working in video production in both broadcast news as well as video streaming projects. Bill is a proud Idaho State University Bengal where he graduated with a degree in Mass Communication with a Minor in Spanish.
