Jill Rybar

Deputy Director; Training, Research and Education for Driving Safety (TREDS)

University of California, San Diego, School of Public Health

With over 30 years of experience in the public health arena, Jill has expertise in program management, training development, and research. She directs projects to promote safety for all roadway users, including CMV drivers. Jill is a member of California's Strategic Highway Safety Plan Steering Committee and serves on several challenge areas. She is a presenter and coauthor on research projects.
