Rebecca Hammond is a Senior Research Associate in the Division of Freight, Transit, and Heavy Vehicle Safety at the Virginia Tech Transportation Institute (VTTI). Rebecca has over 20 years of experience conducting naturalistic data collection from heavy vehicle drivers which is used to investigate driver distraction, driver fatigue, and to study the hours-of-service regulations.
