Motor Carrier Operations, North Dakota Highway Patrol
Lt. Adam Dvorak is a 20 year member of the ND Hwy Patrol. His current position is as the agency's Assistant Operations Commander. Lt. Dvorak oversees the North Dakota Highway Patrol's eCVSP and MCSAP budget. Lt. Dvorak also oversees the ND Hwy Patrol K9 program, aircraft program, drone operations, SFST/DRE program, Emergency Response Team, Crash Recon Team, and all overtime programs.
