Andrea Sequin
Director of Regulatory Services
Schneider National

Andrea Sequin is director of regulatory services at Schneider, a premier provider of transportation, intermodal and logistics services. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations for Schneider's fleet of over 12,000 drivers and owner-operators.

Sequin started her career with Schneider in 2004 as an information systems manager. Key responsibilities in this role included overseeing the piloting of new technology and conducting data analysis of the results, as well as implementing new systems and completing user acceptance testing to ensure products worked as expected. In 2009, she became an operations support manager for Schneider's Bulk division, leading operational projects for the division, and managing cost and revenue levels. After three years in that role, Sequin assumed her current position.

Sequin holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Sequin is a certified director of safety through the North American Transportation Management Institute and was an active member of the Transportation Research Board-Truck and Bus Safety subcommittee and the American Transportation Research Institute's Research Advisory Committee and Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance. She lives in Green Bay, Wisconsin, with her family.
