Autonomous Trucking Conference

UGPTI hosted North Dakota’s first autonomous trucking conference, Autonomous Trucking in North Dakota: Prospects and Challenges, October 16-17, 2024 in Bismarck, ND.

The more than 120 attendees included stakeholders from trucking and autonomous vehicle industries, technical experts, highway safety specialists, enforcement personnel, regulatory agency staff, local and tribal government staff and researchers. Attendees exchanged ideas and worked to identify common interests and concerns.

  • Preparing for Autonomous Trucking in Rural Communities

A networking reception sponsored by Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, Inc., allowed participants to meet others with an interest in autonomous trucking, share ideas, explore shared opportunities, and exchange contact information.
