Kenneth Davis is the Tribal Liaison of UGPTI where he strategically plans with education and research professionals to engage tribal communities to prioritize and promote activities related to transportation safety planning and asset management. The tribal liaison activities involve a highly visible role in coordinating tribal outreach for transportation programs and training across UGPTI. He is the lead point of contact in guiding UGPTI and other partner agencies to better serve tribal communities within the region.

Davis is an enrolled tribal member of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indian Reservation located in Belcourt, ND. He has a vast amount of experience serving tribal communities in North Dakota. His background helps him to understand the challenges faced by tribal members and has made him determined to address tribal social issues as a professional. His personal mission is to address these needs in tribal communities and to ensure that technical assistance and resources are being provided. This is the very type of vision that has defined and propelled him into the role of tribal liaison for UPGTI.
