Past Inspection Query (PIQ)

The PIQ software accesses a national database of recent inspection reports for the previous six (6) months. PIQ retrieves an exact facsimile of any previous inspection reports based on a vehicle VIN or license plate/state query. This is completed via a modem or network connection to SAFER.

This software may be obtained and used free of charge by authorized FMCSA and State Safety Enforcement personnel.
