The electronic Field Operations Training Manual presents investigation procedures and techniques in an electronic format. The manual is a tool to help plan and complete simple, unusual, unique, and/or difficult investigations.

This software may be obtained and used free of charge by authorized FMCSA and State Safety Enforcement personnel.
