Brenda is responsible for the leadership and management of the Transportation Safety Systems Center. She has over 15 years of research experience, primarily in the areas of commercial vehicle safety systems and analysis, business logistics, and intelligent transportation systems for commercial vehicle operations. Brenda holds a Masters degree in Statistics from North Dakota State University, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration, Supply Chain and Information Systems, from the Pennsylvania State University. Gary has been a software engineer with the Transportation Safety Systems Center since 1998. He is the Technical Lead for the software development staff, and is primarily responsible for the Aspen and ISS software. He also works on the COMPASS Program to design and develop portlets within the new FMCSA Portal.

Joan has over 20 years of experience in the research, analysis, system design and quality assurance areas of software development. Within the TSSC organization, her primary focus is Project Coordination, which includes developing project plans, tracking project status and issues, as well as documenting new requirements. She is also responsible for providing quality assurance objectives and performing software testing for investigative software applications developed by TSSC.

Dan has more than 16 years of experience in the information technologies field as an analyst and developer in web based applications and legacy environments. Dan's primary responsibility with TSSC is working on the COMPASS Program to design and develop portlets within the new FMCSA Portal.

Dottie has been a software engineer with the Transportation Safety Systems Center since 1999, and is primarily responsible for the Query Central web application, the FMCSA Query Central / U.S. Customs ITDS Automated Commercial Environment interface project, Web Services and communications development, and the PIQ software.

Kathy has been a web developer with the Transportation Safety Systems Center since 1999. She is primarily responsible for the FMCSA Information Systems (InfoSys) website and the Third Party Developer's Partnership (3pDP) website, as well as 508 compliance for Internet applications.

Peggy has been a software quality assurance and test engineer with the Transportation Safety Systems Center since 2000, and is responsible for the quality assurance and testing of all the Center's inspection applications.

Sue has been a technical writer with the Transportation Safety Systems Center since 2005, and is primarily responsible for the eFOTM software application and documentation of all the Center's applications. She is also responsible for internal requirements documentation and testing the Center's web-based applications.

Paul has been an IT Administrator with the Transportation Safety Systems Center since 2006, and is primarily responsible for network design, setup, security and administration. He is also responsible for the hardware specification documentation.
