Brenda is responsible for the leadership and management of the Transportation Safety Systems Center. She has over 15 years of research experience, primarily in the areas of commercial vehicle safety systems and analysis, business logistics, and intelligent transportation systems for commercial vehicle operations. Brenda holds a Masters degree in Statistics from North Dakota State University, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration, Supply Chain and Information Systems, from the Pennsylvania State University.
