Rural and Small Urban Transit
Rural Transit and Mobility Research Agenda
The focal point of this paper was to provide a research and service plan that would benefit North Dakota's rural elderly and handicapped residents. A description of trends impacting rural communities and a research agenda that would work with these trends were presented.
