Biennial Strategic Freight Analysis Center

The Biennial Strategic Freight Analysis Center addresses key issues in North Dakota transportation. Each biennium, a study topic is identified in conjunction with the North Dakota Department of Transportation. The center's goal is to improve the competitiveness of North Dakota businesses through transportation enhancements that may begin because of research conducted by the center. The current effort focuses on freight planning.
